The Old Dairy was awarded a worldwide Best Value accolade based on our customer's feedback , of which we are incredibly proud.We DO NOT accept Boozy Weekenders, Stag or Hen Parties or Similar. Please DO NOT BOOK if you are part of large group, you will be refused admittance. A quiet, enjoyable environment is what we aim to provide all of our guests.Any person looking to make a reservation for parties of 5 or more people MUST contact the owners for approval. Due to large parties being disruptive, particularly at night time, the owners prefer smaller parties so not to spoil the stay for other guests who want a quiet place to relax and enjoy. We do not operate a typical reception therefore we ask our guests to provide an approximate arrival time at the time of booking, then give us at least 30 minutes notice before arrival either by phone, email or text so we can ensure that there is someone there to greet you. Once checked-in, guests can come and go as they please as you will have your own keys.At The Old Dairy our guest bedrooms are all furnished to very comfortable and modern standard providing all divan base beds in double or single size. We like our guests to feel at home so we provide all of our guest bedrooms with tea making facilities and free tea and coffee on arrival. Bed linen and towels are also provided as well as TV and digital free view, wash hand basinsvanity units, plenty of hanging and storage space plus dressing mirror. Wi-Fi broadband internet connection is provided free of charge. There is also free guest information pack in the guest rooms as well in our foyer. Hairdryers are also available as well as irons and ironing boards. We don't impose any curfew so guests can come and go as they please - ideal when checking out the amazing Liverpool nightlife!The Old Dairy has a fully equipped kitchen with 24 hr free tea and coffee; microwave ovens, toasters and dishwasher. Well furnished communal loungedining room with a selection of books and DVDs and videos for your quiet nights in.Most bathrooms Shower rooms with separate WC's are shared.We now have our Family room En-suite Plus Ensuite Doubles available NOWThe Old Dairy is a bit of a' Hidden Gem' in that you can't see it from the street as it is tucked away within a quiet, safe residential neighbourhood. We do have benefit of full 24hr CCTV surveillance system. We are excellently located for city center as no less than 6 buses stop at the top of the road! All taking you directly into the city to: all major tourist attractions; theatres; restaurants; bars and clubs with a journey time of 10 minutes!! With Liverpool and Everton FC stadiums only a short single bus journey on Number 26 bus,(which will stop right outside Anfield stadium), The Old Dairy is ideally located for those all important Match Days too! Directions

From City Center - 1.8 miles where taxi will cost approx £6.00 or by bus no's 78,79,178,179,79cde from Queens square bus stops (stop no. 1) cost of £1.60 It is walk able from the City and will take approx 30-40 minutes. From John Lennon Airport - Walking not advisable! Take a Taxi for £10-11.00 approx , or take bus no. 80 or 86a from outside terminal building and get off at ASDA supermarket Smithdown rd, cross over Smithdown then walk up Alderson Road until you reach Cardigan street where you turn right, then a left turn into Kempton Road. The Old Dairy is located through the black gates where you will see our sign that reads no. 39a the Old Dairy to the rear, this IS OUR FRONT ENTRANCE. You should have arranged an arrival time with the proprietors so the gate should be open. If not please call the numbers provided on your booking confirmation and they will come down and open the gates for you.You must advise proprietors of your arrival time at the time of booking and then call them at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival as access is restricted and staff will need to be there for your entry.
